WHOOP expands Advanced Labs blood testing to non-members
WHOOP has announced that its Advanced Labs blood-testing service is now available to consumers without requiring a WHOOP wearable membership. Previously, the service was tied to the company’s fitness band ecosystem, but it now functions as a standalone direct-to-consumer product.
Powered by Quest Diagnostics in the US, the service offers various blood panels covering cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory health. Testing prices start at approximately $150. All tests are ordered and reviewed by licensed healthcare providers, providing users with actionable guidance rather than raw data.
The service has also expanded to include the Galleri test from biotech company Grail, which screens for signals associated with more than 50 types of cancer. While the Galleri test is intended to supplement standard medical screenings, it is not a definitive diagnosis. Users can schedule blood draws through the WHOOP app at local clinics, with mobile at-home draws expected in select regions in the future. Although not currently covered by insurance, purchases may qualify for HSA or FSA accounts.
