WiAdvance leverages cloud and AI to drive industrial digital transformation

WiAdvance, a cloud service provider under the Wistron Group, is positioning itself to lead the AI wave by bridging the gap between horizontal infrastructure and vertical industry applications. General Manager Xia Zhihao highlights that the company focuses on providing one-stop services including cloud migration, hybrid cloud architecture, and AI application deployment.

In terms of industry-specific applications, WiAdvance is targeting smart manufacturing, smart healthcare, and government sectors. In the medical field, the company provides IT services and business intelligence systems, while also acting as an agent for high-end medical equipment from manufacturers like Philips. To support AI integration, WiAdvance has developed its own knowledge management platform, WiKMS, which allows for flexible connection to various large language models (LLMs).

To lower the barrier for AI adoption, WiAdvance leverages significant computing power. Building on its relationship with Wistron, the company has donated 1 million hours of GPU computing resources and recently announced an additional donation of 2.4 million hours to support AI and agent-based applications.
