Widyanta Putra Teja departs Satria Muda Pertamina Bandung

Widyanta Putra Teja and Satria Muda Pertamina Bandung have decided to part ways following the conclusion of the 2026 Indonesia Basketball League (IBL) season. The separation ends a four-year tenure for the player, who joined the club in 2023.

In a farewell video posted to the club’s Instagram, Widyanta expressed his apologies for not being able to secure a league championship during his time with the team, noting his sole major achievement was the IBL All-Indonesian 2025 title. He extended his gratitude to the management, coaching staff, and teammates.

During his time with Satria Muda, Widyanta was a core member of the squad, appearing in 97 regular-season games and 22 playoff matches. His most notable statistical performance occurred in 2023, where he averaged 9.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and one steal per game. Satria Muda captain Abraham Damar Grahita praised Widyanta for his positive energy and his role in mentoring younger players.
