Wiesbaden hosts 117th Gibber Kerb festival July 17‑20, 2026

From July 17 to July 20, 2026, the city of Wiesbaden‑Biebrich will hold its 117th Gibber Kerb on the Gibber Bleichwiesen. The four‑day event features a amusement park, rides, and a varied programme that includes the traditional Kerbeaufmarsch, a mayor‑led beer tap by Oberbürgermeister Gert‑Uwe Mende, live music by bands such as ROSI, the Meilinger Musikanten, and the Original Mühlbachtaler, an ecumenical service, family afternoons, and a fireworks finale.

Admission is free on all days, and public transport is encouraged. ESWE Verkehr will run altered routes for lines 39 and N9, and a special event ticket costing €5.20 for adults (€3.00 for children) provides round‑trip travel within the 6500 tariff zone until 5 a.m. the following day.
