Wiesbaden offers funding for school cultural projects
Wiesbaden is offering funding for cultural projects in schools for the second half of the 2026/2027 school year. Schools of all types can apply for support through the city’s ‘Fundgarden’ portal until November 22.
Supported initiatives must be developed in collaboration with cultural partners, such as cultural institutions, associations, or freelance artists. Eligible fields include theater, dance, music, media, and visual arts. The program aims to provide children and young people with hands-on access to culture, allowing them to actively participate and shape projects rather than just observing.
Projects can be integrated into regular lessons, implemented as part of the daily school routine, or conducted as time-limited full-day projects, such as workshops, project weeks, or excursions. An independent jury will decide on the applications in December.
