Wikicasa completes full acquisition of Dokicasa in Italy

Wikicasa, a proptech firm, announced it has acquired the remaining 49% stake in Italian digital real‑estate platform Dokicasa, bringing its ownership to 100%. The deal values the transaction at more than €2 million.

Wikicasa had already held 51% of Dokicasa since 2024. Dokicasa, founded in Turin in 2021 by Nicolò Martucci and Christian Cannata, offers tools for digital management of property paperwork, electronic signatures, anti‑money‑laundering compliance and a service for the Canone Concordato. It reported a 207% revenue rise in 2024 and 56% growth in 2025, targeting over €1 million in 2026. The platform serves more than 50,000 users and over 1,000 agencies, covering the digital Canone Concordato in 120 municipalities across 13 provinces.

The acquisition follows CoStar Group’s recent investment of about 30% in Wikicasa, positioning the combined entity for further expansion in Italy’s real‑estate digital market.
