Wild Card Challenge travel competition begins

The Wild Card Challenge has commenced, with participants set to begin flights on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. The challenge involves contestants drawing cards from specialized decks to determine various travel parameters, including destinations, hotel and airline selections, points and miles budgets, and specific obstacles or power-ups.

Following a recent livestream where participants Tim, Nick, and Greg drew their respective cards, Greg has been refining his itinerary. Previous travel plans, such as a direct route from South America to Australia and a Delta Premium Select flight to Sydney, were abandoned due to specific obstacle cards, such as an Aeroplan stopover requirement. A new, alternative travel plan has been developed to accommodate the challenge's constraints.
