Wild Pink announces new album ‘Still Coming Down’

Wild Pink is releasing their sixth studio album, titled ‘Still Coming Down’, on August 21 via Fire Talk Records. The nine-track project follows their 2024 release, ‘Dulling the Horns’, and continues to explore a heavier rock sound.

Frontman John Ross recorded the album in one week at Asheville’s Drop of Sun Studios, working with producer Alex Farrar. The songwriting draws from a diverse range of influences and personal experiences, including parenthood, the rising cost of living, childhood memories, and conspiracy theories regarding the Kennedy assassination.

Specific tracks mentioned include ‘Box Store’ and ‘Round of Applause at the End of the World’. The band is scheduled to embark on a North American tour this fall to support the new release.
