WildBear Entertainment announces leadership restructure for global growth
WildBear Entertainment, an Australian documentary studio, has announced a business restructure and the appointment of an eight-person leadership team. The reorganization aims to accelerate international growth, diversify revenue streams, and strengthen the company’s factual content slate across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms.
Co-founder Michael Tear will continue as Chief Executive Officer. Other key appointments include co-founder Serge Ou as Head of Creative Services, and Alan Erson as Managing Director and Head of Premium Television. Craig Meade has been promoted to Head of International TV, while Harriet Pike joins as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer. The new leadership team also includes Caroline Nicols (CFO), Matt Nightingale (Head of Production), and Miranda Kelly (Head of Production Finance).
The restructure integrates premium television development with international sales, rights management, and post-production services. WildBear intends to work closely with international partner Wild Thring Media to maximize the global commercial potential of its content.
