Will Smith reportedly in talks for antagonist role in Indian film Raaka

Hollywood actor Will Smith is reportedly in discussions to join the cast of the upcoming Indian sci-fi epic ‘Raaka’, directed by Atlee. If the deal is finalized, Smith is expected to play a primary antagonist in the film, which also stars Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone.

Reports suggest that discussions have been ongoing for approximately one year. While official confirmation from the production team is still pending, sources indicate that Smith’s costumes have been finalized and the crew is working to coordinate an overseas filming schedule based on his availability.

Additionally, there is significant buzz regarding Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s involvement. While some previous reports were dismissed, recent updates suggest Khan is expected to make a cameo appearance in the film following the completion of his work on the project ‘King’. ‘Raaka’ is currently aiming for a release by the end of 2027.
