William Kelso Flournoy IV accused of raping three children in Washington

William Kelso Flournoy IV, a transgender individual who uses the name “Isabelle”, has been charged in Tacoma, Washington with the rape of a four‑month‑old infant he was hired to babysit. Police obtained images from his phone after a Google alert led to his arrest in March. The investigation uncovered additional explicit images showing sexual abuse of the infant’s three‑year‑old sister and, according to the sister’s testimony, the alleged rape of a five‑year‑old brother, including alleged oral contact. At the time of his arrest Flournoy was already under suspicion for distributing child pornography and for indecent behavior while volunteering at a homeless‑youth shelter. If convicted, Washington’s transgender‑inclusive statutes could place him in a women’s prison. The case highlights concerns about child safety and the handling of transgender offenders within the criminal justice system.
