William Kelso Flournoy IV accused of raping three children in Washington

William Kelso Flournoy IV, a transgender individual who uses the name “Isabelle”, has been charged in Tacoma, Washington with the rape of a four‑month‑old infant he was hired to babysit. Police obtained images from his phone after a Google alert led to his arrest in March.
