William Waack renews contract with CNN Brasil

Journalist William Waack has renewed his contract with CNN Brasil for an additional three years. Having been with the network since its launch in March 2020, the renewal ensures his continued leadership of the daily program ‘WW’, which airs at 10:00 PM.

Waack, a veteran journalist with a 56-year career including roles at TV Globo and TV Cultura, stated that the partnership reinforces a commitment to in-depth journalism. His program focuses on providing critical analysis and context regarding politics, economy, and geopolitics.

João Vitor Xavier, CEO of CNN Brasil, described Waack as an ‘undisputable reference of the Brazilian press’ and expressed satisfaction with the continued partnership.
