Willian Pacho targeted by Arsenal and Manchester City

Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain defender Willian Pacho. Despite the Ecuadorian international recently extending his contract with the French club, both Premier League giants are prepared to offer lucrative salary packages to attract him to England.

Pacho currently earns approximately €11 million per year at PSG. Reports suggest that Manchester City is willing to meet high wage demands, whereas Arsenal may face more complexity due to their typical salary structure. At Arsenal, only a few players earn more than €11 million, with William Saliba currently being their highest-paid defender at €14 million per year.

The defender has become a key figure for PSG, noted for his consistency and discipline in the Champions League, having not received a single yellow card in the competition since joining the club.
