Willis Networks appoints Lynne Norledge as Managing Director

Willis Networks, a WTW business, has announced the appointment of Lynne Norledge as Managing Director and Mark Cobham as Deputy Managing Director.

Norledge, who joined the company in 2017 and previously served as Commercial Director, brings over 40 years of insurance broking experience from roles at Marsh, Aon, and HSBC Insurance Brokers. In her new position, she will focus on supporting the growth of independent brokers and strengthening insurer relationships.

Mark Cobham, who has been with the company for 30 years, most recently served as the Networks Services Director. His appointment is intended to strengthen the leadership team in supporting network members and delivering risk and insurance expertise.
