Willy Hernangómez signs with Unicaja under coach Txus Vidorreta

Spanish center Willy Hernangómez has signed a one‑year contract with ACB club Unicaja, ending his stint with FC Barcelona. The deal reunites him with former Spain national team coach Txus Vidorreta, who took over Unicaja earlier in the season. Both Hernangómez and Vidorreta were members of Spain’s EuroBasket 2015 gold‑medal squad and the 2016 Olympic bronze team.
