Willy Vaqueiro records new DVD during large-scale Cavalgada in Pernambuco

Singer Willy Vaqueiro recorded his new DVD, ‘Príncipe das Cavalgadas’, during the 13th Cavalgada do Chocalho in Agrestina, Pernambuco. The event drew over 7,000 people and featured more than 3,400 horses and uniformed cowboys. The recording includes ten new tracks, consisting of six ‘brega’ songs and four ‘forró’ songs, aimed at reinforcing the artist's connection to Northeastern Brazilian culture.

During the recording, Vaqueiro was joined by guest performers Wesley Safadão, Raí Saia Rodada, Natanzinho Lima, and Tayrone. The event also included a religious moment where the singer led the crowd in prayer.

In a separate related event, the municipality of Hugo Napoleão has confirmed Willy Vaqueiro as a headline attraction for its traditional Cavalgada scheduled for September 26. The local government is preparing infrastructure to host cowboys and residents from neighboring cities as part of the municipal festivities.
