Wilmark Rizzo Hernandez addresses departure from Pro TV

Choreographer Wilmark Rizzo Hernandez has addressed his departure from the Romanian television station Pro TV thirteen years ago. Wilmark served as a judge on the show ‘Dansez pentru tine’ for seven years, between 2006 and 2013.

He clarified that his exit was not a dramatic separation but a decision made following internal observations. He noted that his departure coincided with a period when much of the production team migrated from Pro TV to Antena 1. Wilmark stated that he chose to withdraw from the show quietly to avoid discussing certain internal matters, noting, ‘I saw something I shouldn't have seen and, as a result, I decided I will not speak and I will withdraw from the show.’

Reflecting on the move, Wilmark expressed no regrets, stating the transition allowed him to reinvent himself. This period led to him leading the Epika agency and developing his own entertainment concepts within the Romanian Latin entertainment industry.
