Wimbledon day five sees Jannik Sinner compete as Challenger events continue across Europe and the US
On July 3, 2026 Wimbledon’s third round in London featured a full slate of matches on Centre Court and the outer courts under partly sunny skies, with Jannik Sinner listed among the competitors. The weather was dry with temperatures reaching 28 °C, providing good conditions for play on the grass surface.
Meanwhile, ATP Challenger tournaments held quarterfinals on clay in Milan (Italy) and Troyes (France), on clay in Brasov (Romania) under a yellow‑alert for thunderstorms, and on hard court in Cary (USA) under hot, dry conditions. Players such as Gustavo Heide, Marco Cecchinato, Lorenzo Giustino and others were scheduled to compete in these events.
Both the Grand Slam and the Challenger series highlighted a busy day of professional tennis across multiple venues and continents.
