Gugu Liberato's Florida mansion listed for US$ 2.8 million

The mansion in Windermere, Florida, where Brazilian presenter Gugu Liberato suffered a fatal accident in 2019, has been placed on the market for US$ 2.8 million. The property is located within the luxury Bellaria gated community near Orlando.

Owned by GGL Enterprises LLC, the residence features approximately 630 square meters of living space on a 3,100 square meter lot. The home includes six suites, seven bathrooms, a private cinema, a gourmet kitchen, and resort-style outdoor amenities such as a pool and a covered veranda. The listing, managed by Wendy Morris Realty, indicates that the furniture is included in the sale.

Liberato purchased the property in May 2019 for US$ 1.6 million. In November of that year, he fell approximately four meters while attempting to repair an air conditioning unit in the attic, resulting in a traumatic brain injury and his subsequent death. The current asking price represents a US$ 1.2 million increase since the initial acquisition.
