Windows 11 Settings management and access control

Users of Windows 11 can manage system configurations through various methods, including the primary Settings app and the Quick Settings panel. The Settings app can be accessed via keyboard shortcuts like Windows key + I, the Start button, or through command-line tools such as PowerShell and Command Prompt.

To enhance security or restrict user modifications, administrators can block access to the Settings app using the Registry Editor or the Local Group Policy Editor. Additionally, changes to the Quick Settings panel can be prevented by modifying the Windows Registry or applying specific policies via the Local Group Policy Editor to ensure system configurations remain stable.
