Wine dinner series expand in the Philippines and United Kingdom

Various dining establishments are expanding their wine-focused culinary offerings through new dinner series.

In the Philippines, World Cellar at Araneta City has transitioned its Wine Dinner series from a monthly to a weekly schedule. The September lineup features diverse international cuisines, including Chinese, Filipino, seafood, and Spanish dishes, paired with selections from the venue's collection of approximately 4,000 bottles.

In the United Kingdom, the restaurant WILD is relaunching its wine dinner series in collaboration with wine importer Boutinot. A scheduled event on September 24 will feature a five-course menu designed by Chef-Patron Matt Larcombe, hosted by Master Sommelier Nigel Wilkinson. The evening aims to provide an educational yet accessible experience, covering wines from regions including East Sussex, Australia, South Africa, Italy, and the Rhône.
