Wine festivals held in Bijeljina and Šibenik

The Sixth Wine Salon was held at the Drina Hotel in Bijeljina, organized by the Tourist Organization of the City of Bijeljina. The event featured approximately thirty wine producers from Republika Srpska, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Slovakia, alongside exhibitors of cheese and cured meat products. Organizers noted the event has gained an international character, providing a platform for regional producers to showcase varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Tamjanika.

In Šibenik, the inaugural 'Đir od kita' wine walk is scheduled for November 7. The event will guide participants through six wine stations featuring 12 local wineries, accompanied by local delicacies and musical performances. The walk concludes at the St. Michael's Fortress with a wine fair and a meal prepared by chef Dino Bebić.
