Wine tasting events highlight Mendoza viticulture

Park Hyatt Mendoza will host the next installment of its ‘Especial Winemakers’ series on Friday, October 23. The event features Pablo Cúneo, the Enology Director of Luigi Bosca, who will lead a guided tasting focused on the technical decisions and processes behind the winery’s special vintages. The experience includes a gastronomic proposal by chef Franco Canzano.

In a separate event held on October 14, the ‘Destino de Expertos’ platform, led by Otto Kunz, partnered with Huentala Wines for a pairing dinner at La Cabrera restaurant in Miraflores. The dinner featured culinary guidance from chef Luciano Mazzetti and sommelier Giovanni Bisso, showcasing how Huentala Wines complement various Otto Kunz products, including cured meats and smoked items.
