Winnipeg Jets host Anaheim Ducks amid injury concerns

The Winnipeg Jets are scheduled to host the Anaheim Ducks at the Canada Life Centre on October 9, 2026. The Jets enter the matchup with a 3-0-1 record under head coach Scott Arniel, while the Ducks hold a 2-1-0 record under Joel Quenneville.

Ahead of the game, the Jets are managing an injury to defenseman Josh Morrissey, who is currently listed as day-to-day. The team is expected to rely on its defensive depth, including Haydn Fleury, to mitigate his absence. Despite the injury news, the Jets have maintained a strong start to the season, recording a .924 save percentage through their first four games.
