Świnoujście begins public consultations for Krzywa Street development plan

Public consultations have commenced regarding the draft local spatial development plan for the area around Krzywa Street in Świnoujście. The plan outlines land use, building height restrictions, communication layouts, and environmental protection rules.

Property owners and residents can review the project until September 18, 2026. An open meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 3:30 PM at the Świnoujście City Hall. Following the meeting, a consultation session with the plan's designer, Aleksandra Zasimowicz Zielińska, will be held at 4:30 PM to address individual inquiries regarding specific plots and development possibilities.
