Świnoujście hosts Senioralia 2026 and community sports events

Świnoujście is hosting a series of community events, including the Senioralia 2026 festival and the ‘5-tka z Plusem’ sports event.

Senioralia 2026, held from October 5 to 10, focuses on health, passion, and community action for seniors. The program includes medical consultations, psychological workshops, yoga, and art classes. Specific activities include sessions on senior well-being, physiotherapy, and nutritional guidance at the Jan Garduła Municipal Hospital.

Additionally, the ‘5-tka z Plusem’ event took place on October 4, featuring a 5 km run and a nordic walking march along the local promenade and beach. Participants engaged in a warm-up led by athlete Karolina Romańska and received commemorative medals and shirts. Winners were recognized in several categories for both running and walking.
