Winslow man convicted of sexual assault of a child

A jury in Camden County has convicted Bryan Sisco-Downs, 39, of sexually abusing a child over several years. The conviction, announced on September 3, 2026, includes two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault, and two counts of second-degree child endangerment.

The investigation began in October 2023 after a 12-year-old girl reported the abuse. Detectives determined the abuse occurred between December 2019 and October 2023, when the victim was between the ages of 9 and 12. Under the Jessica Lunsford Act, Sisco-Downs faces a potential sentence of at least 25 years to life in prison for the first-degree counts. Sentencing is scheduled for January 13, 2027.
