Winston-Salem Dash defeat Bowling Green Hot Rods in Division Series comeback

The Winston-Salem Dash secured a 9-8 comeback victory over the Bowling Green Hot Rods in Game 1 of the South Atlantic League Division Series. After falling behind by six runs early in the game, the Dash mounted a late rally.

Javier Mogollón tied the game in the bottom of the ninth inning with a two-out home run. The Dash then won the game in the tenth inning when Nick McLain delivered a walk-off hit. Despite being outhit 14-9, Winston-Salem utilized timely home runs and a strong relief performance, with seven pitchers combining for 15 strikeouts to hold Bowling Green scoreless over the final 3 2/3 innings.
