Winter swimming clubs in Poland launch new seasons

Winter swimming clubs in Kozienice and Tarnobrzeg have officially inaugurated their new seasons with community events.

Morsjanie Kozienice celebrated its tenth anniversary and the start of the 2026/2027 season on October 24. The event, themed around space, brought together members and enthusiasts from surrounding areas including Radom and Bełchatów. Beyond cold water immersion, the group highlighted its history of local charitable involvement.

In Tarnobrzeg, the BodyMors club began its season at a new location, the Jacht Klub Kotwica. The kickoff included group warm-ups, swimming in Lake Tarnobrzeskie, and the use of a mobile sauna provided by members from Stalowa Wola. The club is planning an expanded celebration for its upcoming 15th anniversary in early 2025.
