AC Milan unveils UV‑reactive third kit for 2026‑27 season

AC Milan and Puma have launched the club’s third kit for the 2026‑27 season. The shirt features a black base with fluorescent red details that react to ultraviolet light, changing appearance under different lighting. It is produced in two versions: the Authentic model uses Puma’s Ultraweave fabric with dryCELL and ThermoAdapt technologies for moisture management and temperature regulation, while the Replica version is made from 95% recycled polyester via RE:FIBRE.

The launch coincided with the club’s pre‑season tour in Indonesia, with a public event held on 7 August at The Dome, Senayan Park in Jakarta. The kit will make its on‑field debut on 8 August in a friendly against Chelsea at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. Club chief revenue officer Maikel Oettle said the third kit is an opportunity to innovate while staying recognizable, and Puma’s VP of Teamsport Dominique Gathier highlighted the design’s focus on the club’s global identity.
