Wisconsin Prime Rib Trail returns with 16 new stops

The Wisconsin Beef Council, in partnership with Gather Wisconsin, has announced the return of the Wisconsin Prime Rib Trail for its second year. The 2026 trail includes 16 new restaurant and supper club stops across the state, ranging from the Northwoods to southern Wisconsin.

New locations on the trail include the Nightingale Supper Club in Sturgeon Bay, The Red Ox Seafood and Steakhouse in Appleton, Carson’s Prime Steaks & Famous Barbecue in Milwaukee, and several other establishments in towns such as Dousman, McFarland, and Medford.

This year’s iteration introduces a People’s Choice award. Schwarz’s Supper Club in St. Anna, which participated in the inaugural 2025 trail, received the most nominations from fans and will be recognized as the 2026 People’s Choice location.
