WiseTech Global logistics software shows growth potential

WiseTech Global Ltd (ASX: WTC), a provider of cloud-based software for the logistics industry, is seeing significant interest due to its flagship CargoWise platform. The software is widely adopted, used by 24 of the 25 largest global freight forwarders and 46 of the top 50 third-party logistics providers.

Financial forecasts suggest potential growth in earnings per share (EPS), with projections rising from $1.43 in FY27 to $2.29 by FY29. This growth is driven by the company’s ability to embed its software into complex supply chain operations, including customs, warehousing, and transport management.

Despite a share price decline of 52.6% since the start of 2025, the company maintains high profitability. Its latest annual report showed gross margins of 84.00% and operating margins of 37.30%. The business utilizes a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, which provides recurring revenue and global scalability.
