Wishbon and Naruse Village launch new seasonal food products

Wishbon has announced the launch of its seasonal autumn and winter confectionery, ‘Yokohama Brick Road Caramel Apple’, starting August 21, 2026. The baked treat features roasted almonds, apples, and raisins coated in homemade fresh caramel, sandwiched between cinnamon-scented cookies. The product will be available at official pastry shops and online, with a planned rollout to department stores and stations throughout Yokohama.

In Akita Prefecture, the Naruse Processing Research Group in Naruse Village has developed two new summer-themed smoothies. Utilizing locally grown blueberries from Naruse Village and strawberries from Yuzawa City, the 200ml beverages are priced at 500 yen each. The group plans to sell these products at local events within the village to promote regional produce.
