Wit Studio confirms anime for Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 4

Wit Studio has confirmed that the fourth part of the anime adaptation of Miya Kazuki’s light novel series, ‘Ascendance of a Bookworm’, will be produced. This upcoming installment is titled ‘Founder of the Royal Academy’s So-Called Library Committee’.

Yoshiaki Iwasaki will serve as the director, with Mariko Kunisawa returning to handle the series scripts and Aiko Minowa as the character designer. The announcement follows the conclusion of the third season, ‘Adopted Daughter of an Archduke’.

The story follows Motosu Urano, a university student and book lover who is reincarnated into a fantasy world with low literacy rates. Seeking to surround herself with books, she embarks on a journey to become a librarian and eventually create her own books.
