Witness Investment acquires Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel

Chicago-based Witness Investment has acquired the Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The transaction was brokered by Hunter Advisors.

Built in 2020, the 12-story, 196-room Marriott-affiliated hotel is located near Mayfair Mall, Wisconsin’s largest mixed-use shopping destination. The property includes approximately 9,864 square feet of meeting and event space, a fitness center, and dining facilities.

The hotel is situated within a major retail, medical, and corporate corridor approximately 10 miles west of downtown Milwaukee. The surrounding area is slated for significant development, including over $500 million in planned projects such as a new Scheels flagship store and more than 400 residential units.
