Witness testifies in Jamie Allan Clements-Earl home invasion trial

During the trial of Jamie Allan Clements-Earl at the Tamworth District Court, a witness, Angus Malcolm Fuller, testified that he felt compelled to sign police documents despite disagreeing with certain details. Fuller told the jury, “I was told I could not get [the details] changed, and if I did not agree I would have to plead not guilty and go to trial.”

Clements-Earl, 34, is facing multiple charges related to a violent group attack on a home in Spring Ridge on March 5, 2024. The charges include aggravated break-and-enter, reckless wounding in company, destruction of property by fire, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Clements-Earl has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
