Witney Carson announces pregnancy and Season 35 return

Professional dancer Witney Carson has announced she will return for Season 35 of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ while four months pregnant with her third child. During an appearance on ‘Good Morning America’, Carson shared that she and her husband, Carson McAllister, are expecting, noting that the pregnancy has been more difficult than her previous two due to severe first-trimester sickness.

Carson also revealed her dance partner for the upcoming season will be Guillermo Rodriguez, a personality from ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’. She expressed excitement about the pairing, describing Rodriguez as “sweet” and “fun”.

Addressing her decision to compete while pregnant, Carson stated she does not intend to hide her pregnancy with costumes, saying, “I’m so proud to be a woman, to be creating life, and growing this human... and to be able to do the show and compete and be able to grow this life is such a huge blessing.”
