Świętochłowice emergency services demonstrate speeding risks

As part of the ROADPOL Safety Days initiative, police, firefighters, and medical rescuers in Świętochłowice conducted a simulated road accident to demonstrate the dangers of excessive speed. The demonstration featured a vehicle colliding with a tree, leaving the driver trapped in the wreckage, and required emergency services to use specialized hydraulic equipment to perform a rescue.

The event aimed to illustrate how speeding reduces reaction time and can lead to life-threatening situations. The ROADPOL Safety Days campaign is being carried out by police officers across Europe to raise awareness about road safety and the severe consequences of reckless driving.
