Wittenberge buses feature Lord Voldemort voice announcements

Passengers using public buses in Wittenberge, Germany, are experiencing unusual announcements featuring the German voice of the fictional character Lord Voldemort. Instead of standard, monotonous transit updates, the speakers broadcast a distinctive, dark voice recognizable to fans of the Harry Potter film franchise.

The phenomenon is not a technical malfunction but a planned initiative. The voice belongs to a celebrated German voice actor and theater star who has deep roots in the Brandenburg region. The campaign is intended to celebrate the actor's connection to the area during the autumn season.
