Wiwynn unveils AMD-powered servers for Agentic AI at OCP APAC Summit

At the OCP APAC Summit in Taipei, Wiwynn unveiled two new OCP-standard server platforms designed to support Agentic AI workloads. These systems utilize AMD Zen 6 architecture to handle the high I/O bandwidth and power efficiency required by autonomous agents performing multi-step workflows.

The C2810Z6 server is optimized for high-density cloud and HPC workloads, supporting up to 256 cores and 4TB of DDR5-8000 memory per node. The C2610Z6 targets scalable cloud and edge applications, supporting up to 128 cores. To address the cooling and power demands of AI, Wiwynn is also deploying 52U high-density liquid-cooled racks capable of housing up to 96 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs.

Concurrently, the Open Compute Project (OCP) is addressing the challenges of managing massive AI data center fleets. As operators in the Asia-Pacific region face rapid capacity growth and power constraints, OCP is advancing scalable hardware management to handle facilities with over 100,000 nodes. This includes improving telemetry and visibility across GPU clusters, networking, and power distribution to maintain stability in increasingly dense environments.
