Wix launches Microsoft 365 Copilot integration while SAP promotes AI development roadmap

Wix announced a partnership with Microsoft that embeds Microsoft 365 Copilot into its website builder. Users can create production‑ready sites, including e‑commerce features and SEO optimisation, by giving voice or text prompts. The integration aims to automate much of the web‑development process and reduce the need for manual coding.

At the same time, SAP is offering an AI Development Roadmap Workshop for companies seeking to adopt AI‑assisted software development. The workshop helps participants design a strategy that aligns AI tools such as SAP Joule, Generative AI Hub and external large‑language models with their existing SAP and IT environments. Topics include platform selection (SAP Business Technology Platform, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), governance policies, security, code quality, and organisational enablement to avoid technical debt and ensure sustainable AI use.

Both announcements underscore a broader shift toward AI‑driven development across software and web platforms, highlighting the need for clear governance, architecture choices, and risk management as organisations adopt generative AI technologies.
