WiZink relocates Madrid headquarters and moves contact center to Portugal

WiZink has relocated its Madrid headquarters, moving 480 employees from its former offices in the Arturo Soria area to a new building near Ifema on Paseo Doce Estrellas. The move follows a decision by the property owner, Ibervalles, to convert the previous office space into luxury residential housing.

The relocation coincides with a strategic shift in the company’s operations, specifically the transfer of its contact center from Zaragoza, Spain, to Elvas, Portugal. The service is now provided by Marktel Servicos Globais, which replaced Zelenza Cex. Despite the change in location, the company stated that customers will continue to be served in Spanish. This operational change aligns with WiZink’s significant business presence in Portugal, where its credit business accounts for approximately 2.6 billion euros.
