Wizz Air delays Sofia to Abu Dhabi flights by 80 days

Wizz Air has postponed the resumption of its flight service between Sofia and Abu Dhabi by approximately 80 days. Originally scheduled to restart on October 27, 2026, the airline has updated its schedule to begin operations on January 12, 2027.

The airline plans to operate four weekly flights on this route, scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This delay follows an earlier announcement in September regarding the resumption of flights to four Middle Eastern destinations for the winter season.
