WJSN's Seola receives 'B rating' from matchmaking agency

Seola, a member of the K-pop group WJSN (Cosmic Girls), received a ‘B rating’ during a consultation at a professional matchmaking agency in Gangnam. The visit was filmed for the first episode of the YouTube series ‘What Are You Doing To Eat?’

The agency evaluated Seola based on several criteria, including appearance, income, age, family background, and education. She received a perfect score of 5 out of 5 for her appearance and a 4 out of 5 for her financial situation, noting her consistent savings throughout her career. She also received 4 points for both her age and family background.

However, her education score was significantly lower, receiving only 1 out of 5 points because her formal schooling ended after high school. Seola joked that her focus on her music career led her to essentially ‘quit school.’ The consultation highlighted specific trends in the South Korean matchmaking industry, such as common age requirements requested by male clients.
