WMF Element One wins top rating in water carbonator test

A recent product test by IMTEST evaluated seven different water carbonator models, finding that the WMF Element One achieved the top rating of 1.92. The WMF model was noted for its high-quality Cromargan housing and its ability to maintain consistent carbonation levels through a dial regulator.

While SodaStream remains a market leader, the SodaStream Terra was identified as the best value option for under 100 euros due to its simple Quick-Connect system. Other specialized models included the Bottleplus Spark Set Pro, designed for mobile use. The testing highlighted significant quality differences among brands, noting that models from Smeg and Sodapop underperformed in carbonation strength.
