W!nky debut single reaches one million views

Taiwanese girl group W!nky has reached a milestone with their debut single, ‘W!nk W!nk,’ surpassing one million views on its official music video within five days of release. The group filmed the video in South Korea, undergoing a marathon 24-hour shoot.

To celebrate the achievement, the eight members announced they will fulfill a ‘million-view covenant’ by allowing fans, known as W!ngs, to make wishes via Instagram. The group will select a challenge from these suggestions to perform. One member, Koukou, has already suggested a blindfolded version of the choreography.

The group received notable social media support from celebrities including Dee Hsu and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk. W!nky plans to continue their promotion through signing events across Taiwan and has set a new goal of reaching two million views.
