Wojaszówka emergency services conduct multi-incident rescue drill

Volunteer firefighters from the Wojaszówka municipality conducted a large-scale emergency response exercise to test readiness for simultaneous, complex incidents. The simulation involved multiple scenarios, including a hiking accident near Kamieniec Castle where a tourist was injured and a second person became lost after attempting to find help.

Adding to the complexity, the exercise included a simulated road accident involving a collision between a car and a motorcycle, resulting in a driver trapped in a vehicle and an unconscious motorcyclist. The drill tested communication, search techniques, and the ability of various services to manage multiple fronts at once.

Participants included volunteer firefighters from Wojaszówka, officers from the Krosno City Police and Jedlicze Police Station, representatives from the Kołaczyce Forest District, and members of the ‘Sokół’ Hunting Club. The exercise was overseen by Witold Kołek, the Municipal Commander of ZOSP RP in Wojaszówka.
