Wojciech Łobodziński resumes football career at age 43

Former Polish national team player Wojciech Łobodziński has decided to resume his playing career at the age of 43. After several years working as a coach, the former midfielder has joined KS Raszyn, a club competing in the eighth tier of Polish football (A-Klasa).

Łobodziński previously retired from professional play in 2020 after his time with Miedź Legnica. Since then, he has held coaching roles at clubs including Wieczysta Kraków, Arka Gdynia, and Zagłębie Sosnowiec.

His professional resume includes 217 Ekstraklasa appearances, 23 caps for the Polish national team, and participation in the 2008 European Championship. KS Raszyn stated that his extensive experience as both a player and a coach will provide significant value to the club's youth and the wider football community.
