WOLF announces tenth studio album ‘Hour of the Wolf’

Swedish traditional heavy metal band WOLF has announced the release of their tenth studio album, ‘Hour of the Wolf’, scheduled for November 20, 2026, via Fireflash Records.

The band will release the album’s first single and video, ‘Death Satellite’, on August 21. The music video was directed by Cannes Film Award winner Snovonne ‘Sno’ Drake, who is expected to direct additional videos for the upcoming album.

Vocalist and guitarist Niklas Stålvind described the new single as a ‘straight-up banger’ featuring classic WOLF elements. He noted that while some tracks explore the outskirts of the band’s universe, the music remains ‘old-school, man-made metal’ intended for high energy and engagement.
