Wolmi Sea Train to offer sunset tours with extended night operations
Incheon Transit Corporation has announced a special ‘Wolmi Sea Train Sunset Theme’ program running from September 11 to 27 to promote autumn tourism at Wolmi Island.
To allow passengers to enjoy the West Sea sunset, the train's operating hours will be extended until 9:00 PM from September 11 to 13. During this three-day period, the last train is scheduled to depart between 8:05 PM and 8:10 PM. To enhance the passenger experience, the trains will play background music generated by artificial intelligence.
Additional cultural and promotional activities include a sunset-themed photo zone at Wolmi Sea Train Station, which will feature photo walls and instant cameras. On September 13 at 6:00 PM, the ‘Yogi Jogi Concert in Wolmi’ will be held at the station. The corporation is also hosting events such as distributing sunset photo cards to the first 500 visitors daily during the extended hours and an SNS photo contest where 30 winners will receive mobile gifticons.
